Yongxing

Yongxing Town is located on the East Bank of Fujiang River in Chuanshan District, Suining City, Sichuan Province. It borders Hedong New District in Chuanshan District in the south, Renli town in Chuanshan District in the East, Hesha town in Chuanshan district and Dashi town in Pengxi County in the northeast, and tangjiaxiang town in Chuanshan district and Jixiang town in Pengxi County in the northwest. The town governs 26 administrative villages and 2 communities.

Yongxing Town extends in all directions, with the entrance of Suining central ring line, which leads directly to Suining station and major traffic nodes in Suining; Yongxing interchange, which leads directly to Chengdu and Chongqing via Chengdu Chongqing Ring Line Expressway; National Highway 318 passes through the town. There is Lianhe River, a tributary of Fujiang River.

Yongxing Town has a long history and splendid culture, especially famous for Taoism. There are famous historical and cultural attractions in the territory: Heming mountain (one of the 12 scenes in Suining), Dong ZhenRen Temple (in Heming mountain, to worship Dong Shangxian), Qishan mountain (one of the 12 scenes in Suining), Qishan academy, Leizu temple, etc.

Historical evolution

Yongxing Town, known as shehongzui in Qing Dynasty, is located in the second grade of renxinli, East Road, Suining County, Tongchuan Prefecture, Sichuan Province.
Yongxin County in the early years of the Republic of China, Suixin township. In 1940, Yongxing Township belonged to the Second District of Suining County. at the beginning of the founding of new China, it was renamed Yongxing District. Yongxing township was divided into Yongsheng Township and Lianyungang township. In 1958, Yongxing people's commune was established. in 1981, it was renamed Yongji district. Later, it was changed into Yongxing Town, belonging to Chuanshan district.

Yongxing Town, Chuanshan District, Suining City, is located on the East Bank of Fujiang River, 3km away from the urban area of Suining City, close to Hedong New District and Lingquan scenic spot. The town covers an area of 64.23 square kilometers, including 18 square kilometers of Fujiang alluvial dam, and the rest is dominated by shallow hills. The town has 26 administrative villages, 213 agricultural cooperatives and 2 communities. The total population is 47523 (2017). Yongxing Town has convenient transportation. G318 has a total length of 10 kilometers in the territory. The Suining Mianyang expressway, which is under construction, passes through the town. Suining No.6 Middle School

Suining No.6 middle school, Suining No.6 middle school, is located in Yongxing Town, Chuanshan District, Suining City, Sichuan Province. It is a municipal demonstration comprehensive high school.
