Heihantou Town, belonging to Meihekou City, Tonghua City, Jilin Province, is located in the southwest of Meihekou city and the North Bank of Huifa River. It borders Fumin Street in the East, Shuguang town and Hongmei town across Huifa River in the south, Shancheng town in the West and Dayang town in Dongfeng County in the North. It is 5km away from Meihekou City, with a total area of 45.83km2.
In 1878, heilongtou village was set up in heilongtou Town, which belongs to Hailong Fumin hall. In September 1992, heilongtou village was replaced by heilongtou town. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Heishan town was 13037. As of June 2020, heilongtou town has 7 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the town people's government is stationed in group 4 of Tuanjie village.

History of construction
In 1878, heilongtou village was set up, belonging to Hailong Fumin hall.
During the period of the Republic of China, it belonged to dahezizi township. During the Japanese puppet period, it belonged to Baoshan Village. In the 36th year of the Republic of China (1947), it was divided into Zhonghe district (seven districts), and the villages in the East belonged to liubashi district (six districts).
In 1956, Heishantou was set up and two townships were built.
In 1958, Jianshe township was incorporated into heilongtou township.
In 1961, heilongtou township was renamed suburban commune.
In 1962, the suburban commune was renamed Heishantou commune.
In August 1983, Heishantou commune was changed into Heishantou township.
In September 1992, heilongtou township was changed from township to town.
