Longquan Town, located in Huguan County, Shanxi Province, is the seat of the county Party committee and government. The town has 39 administrative villages, 3 neighborhood committees, 39000 agricultural population, 19000 non-agricultural population, 425 floating population and 250 temporary resident population. It is the political, economic and cultural center of the county.

Infrastructure construction

By 2010, the government of Longquan town has paid more attention to the reconstruction of the old city and the construction of the new area, and the urbanization construction has continuously stepped to a new level.
