Xinglong Town

Xinglong Town, subordinate to Mianzhu City, Sichuan Province, is located in the north of Mianzhu City, 6.5km away from the city. It is connected with Fuxin town in the East, northeast and Hanwang town in the south, Hanwang town in the West and Gongxing town across the river in the north. It covers an area of 25.5km and has jurisdiction over 5 administrative villages, 92 villagers' groups and 1 residents' committee, with a total population of 18897, including 18292 agricultural population. County Highway sangmian Road (Mianzhu Anxian Sangzao) runs through the north and south, and intersects with Xinghan road to form an express highway network in the town. The roads in the town are unobstructed, and the total mileage of cement highway is 25 km.

Xinglong is known as "Mianzhu Ukraine" for its mild climate, abundant water resources and fertile land. The town has 21847 mu of arable land. In 2007, the town's total grain output was 14214 tons, 40179 pigs and 660000 small poultry were sold.
