Shicheng Township, belonging to Lincheng County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province, is located in the southwest of Lincheng County, adjacent to towns in the East, nansai Township and Liulin town in Neiqiu County in the south, Zhaozhuang Township in the west, Haozhuang town and Xishi town in the north. It is 16 kilometers away from the people's Government of Lincheng County, with a total area of 73.33 square kilometers.
During the period of the Republic of China, Shicheng Township belonged to three districts of Lincheng County; in 1984, Shicheng commune was changed into Shicheng township. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Shicheng was 11942. As of June 2020, Shicheng rural area has jurisdiction over 22 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is located in Shicheng village.
In 2018, there were 92 industrial enterprises and 24 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in Shicheng township.
History of construction
During the period of the Republic of China, it belonged to three districts of Lincheng county.
In 1953, it was set up in Shicheng Town.
In 1958, it was incorporated into Xishi commune.
In 1961, Shicheng commune was established from Xishi commune.
In 1984, Shicheng commune was changed into Shicheng township.
