Longshan Subdistrict

Longshan street is located in the South half of Huairou City, which is the center of the city. It starts from Xinghuai street in the north, faces Huaihe River thousand mu water park in the south, connects the East Bank of Huairou Reservoir in the west, and ends along Beijing Chengdu Railway in the East. It covers an area of 7.5 square kilometers, in which the four major organs of Huairou are located. Huairou District Government in Longshan Street (Fuqian Street).

Huairou town was founded in July 2002. At the end of 2002, the office was located at No. 13 Fuqian street, with an area of 4.2 square kilometers and a population of 27400. It has jurisdiction over 11 communities including Nanhua Garden District 1, Nanhua Garden District 2, Nanhua Garden District 4, wanghuai, commercial street, Chezhan Road, Nancheng, qingchunyuan, Longhu new village, Xiyuan and Yingbin Road (tiesi).

By the end of 2006, it had an area of 7.5 square kilometers and a population of 48800. It governs 12 communities. The office is located at 13 Fuqian street.

Street culture

Longshan sub District Working Committee and office were established in July 2002. They have jurisdiction over 12 communities with 20100 permanent residents and 61000 people, including 16800 floating population. The unique geographical and cultural environment makes it the political, cultural and economic center of Huairou.
