Changgou
Changgou Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Sixian County, Suzhou City, Anhui Province, was called changzhigou in ancient times. It is located in the west of Sixian County, where the remains of the ancient Grand Canal are preserved. Provincial highway 303, Xuming Expressway and sixu Expressway pass through the town. It connects with Xuzhou Expressway and national highway 104 in the west, and is 70km away from Xuzhou Guanyin Airport. It is known as "the west gate of Sixian county" and has very convenient transportation. The town governs 10 administrative villages.
In 2017, the administrative area of Changgou town was 128.51 square kilometers, with a permanent population of 50198.

Historical evolution
Changgou district was established in 1949, and suburban commune was established in 1958. In 1992, after withdrawing the district and merging the township, Changgou town was under the jurisdiction of the county. In 1996, it covers an area of 120 square kilometers and has a population of 35000. It has jurisdiction over 30 administrative villages including Changgou, Dali, peitang, Huishan, Yanghu, Sanli, Tanghe, zongdeng, Bianhe, Wangzhuang, LIUCHEN, Yaowang, Guanzhuang, Yuanli, Shiji, Shaozhuang, gechen, Zhupeng, YOUPU, Xinshi, Qianli, Siwang, Qili, Guma, Guzhang, Songli, Qimiao, Gaowei, liumiao and Nanyou. In 2011, yinlingshan village was renamed Sihe village.

Changgou Town, known as changzhigou in ancient times, is located in the west of Sixian county. It is adjacent to xinbian River in the south, kuisui River in the north, Yuji tomb in Yuji township of Lingbi County in the west, provincial highway 303 passes through the territory, Xu Expressway and national highway 104 in the West, and 70 km away from Xuzhou Guanyin Airport.
