Yikensu Township
Yikensu Township, belonging to Zepu County, Kashgar Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the south of Zepu county. It is connected with wujireke township of Yecheng County in the East and south, kuiybage Township and tuhuqi Township in the west, and Saili Township in the north. It is 12 kilometers away from the county seat, with a total area of 92.89 square kilometers.
In 1955, Yecheng county was assigned to Zepu County as the fourth district; in 1984, yikesu commune was changed into yikensu township. By the end of 2018, the population of the registered residence in 21679 of them was in the city of Yi. In 2019, yikensu Township governs 18 administrative villages, and the people's government is stationed in Yingbazha village.
The main food crops in yikensu township are wheat and corn; the main economic crops are cotton, melon, fennel, etc. In 2018, yikensu township has one industrial enterprise and 25 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

In 1955, Yecheng county was assigned to Zepu County as the fourth district.
