Xianyuan town
Xianyuan Town, belonging to Yongjing County, Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, is located in the south of Yongjing County, adjacent to Liujiaxia town in the East, Dongxiang Autonomous County across the river in the south, Sanyuan town in the west, Yellow River in the north and Taiji town across the river. The area is 27 square kilometers. In 2018, 10096 people registered residence.
In the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to the ten associations of BEIXIANG. From 1929 to 1949, it belonged to Haoyi Township and Quanxin township. From December 1949 to February 1958, it was divided into Dachuan District, Baita District, three districts and four districts. In March 1958, it belonged to Baita commune and Liujiaxia commune. In 1961, it belonged to Sanyuan commune and Liujiaxia commune. On November 18, 1980, Xianyuan commune was established. In 1983, it was changed to Xianyuan township. In December 2001, it was changed to Xianyuan town. In October 2019, Xianyuan town governs six administrative villages.

The highest peak is zazha mountain at an altitude of 2315 meters, and the lowest point is Liujiaxia reservoir bank at an altitude of 1800 meters.
