Hanlin Town, belonging to Wudu District, Longnan City, Gansu Province, is located in the north of Wudu district. It borders Majie town in the East and south, Chengguan town and Liangshui town in the southwest, Puchi town in the west, Maying town in the northwest and Majie town in the north. It is 9.1km away from Wudu City, with a total area of 40.45km2.
In December 1949, Hanlin town belonged to Puchi Township and Liulin township; in 2016, it was changed from Hanlin township to Hanlin town. History of construction
In December 1949, it belonged to Puchi Township and Liulin township.
In July 1950, Hanlin township was built, belonging to Anhua district.
In January 1953, Red Soil Township was added.
In June 1956, Hongtu Township and Tangping Township in Liangshui district were merged.
In October 1958, it was called Hanlin commune; in November of the same year, it was incorporated into Anhua commune and set up Tangping and laterite management area.
In June 1961, Tangping and laterite administrative areas were merged into Hanlin commune.
In January 1966, Hanlin commune was merged into Majie commune.
In August 1979, Hanlin commune was restored.
In December 1983, Hanlin commune was transformed into Hanlin township.
In 2016, Hanlin township was changed from township to town.
