Tugaoshan Township, belonging to Huining County, Baiyin City, Gansu Province, is located in the northeast of Huining county. It is adjacent to liujiazhaizi Township in the East, BaiCaoYuan Township and caotan Township in the south, guochengyi town in the west, Gaowan township of Jingyuan County in the northwest, and Fuxing township of Pingchuan District in the northeast, with a total area of 245.8 square kilometers.
