Daguan Street

Daguan street is located in the center of Kunming. It starts from the center line of Wuyi Road in the East and turns south to Nantong street along Dongfeng West Road, which is adjacent to Huguo sub district office; it starts from the intersection of the center lines of Huancheng West Road and Renmin West Road in the west, which is adjacent to Longxiang sub district office and Zongshuying sub District Office in Xishan District; it turns south to Nantong street, which is connected with Jinbi sub district office in Xishan District, which is bounded by the center lines of Jinbi Road and Xiba road; it starts from Renmin West Road and Renmin West Road in the north The boundary is from the center line of Minzhong road to the intersection of Wuyi Road, facing Huashan sub district office.

The Daguan sub district office of Wuhua District is located at No.1 Fuchun street in the central area of Kunming. There are four rooms, three sections and one center, namely: the office of the Party Working Committee, the administrative office, the comprehensive management office of social security, the community construction office, the urban construction management section, the labor and social security management section, the economic service section and the service center for the people. Historical evolution

On October 15, 2004, the original Xincun street, Chongren street, Xiba street and Daguan street were integrated into a new Daguan street. In 2005, the scope of jurisdiction was clarified: from Wuyi Road in the East, along Dongfeng West Road to Nantong street in the south, from Huancheng West Road in the west, to Jinbi Road and Xiba road in the south, and from Renmin middle road to Renmin West Road in the north; Fuchun, Wuyi Road, Sanhe, middle section of Dongfeng West Road, Daguan commercial city, Zhuantang, xinyinli, provincial Party committee, Daguan Road, Jiangong new village, Zongshuying East, Shuncheng, Henan (part) society It covers an area of 2.78 square kilometers and has a permanent population of about 150000. In 2006, it has jurisdiction over 12 communities, including Fuchun, the middle section of Dongfeng West Road, sanlianhe, xinxinli, zhuangtang, the provincial Party committee, the east part of Zongshuying, Jiangong, Daguan commercial city, Wuyi Road, Shuncheng and Daguan road. In 2007, 12 communities were adjusted to 9.

Xincun street is located in the Midwest of Kunming city. Fuzhao street was set up in 1956, merged into Daguan commune in 1958, and Xincun street was set up in 1962. In 1997, it covers an area of 0.9 square kilometers and has a population of 35000. It has jurisdiction over 10 neighborhood committees in Wuyi Road, Jingguo new village, wacangzhuang, Sanhe, Ruan street, Wuyi lane, Huaxing lane, xiaofuchun lane, dafuchun lane and the middle section of Dongfeng West Road.

The former Chongren street is located in the southwest of central Kunming. Chongren street was established in 1956, merged with Dongsi street and Tuqiao Street into Jinma commune in 1958, and Chongren street was established in 1974. In 1997, it covers an area of 0.6 square kilometers and has a population of 26000. Jinbi Road and Shuncheng Street run from east to west, while Dongsi street and Sanshi road run from north to south. It has jurisdiction over 12 neighborhood committees, namely Chongren street, Xisi lane, Jinbi Road, upper section of Dongsi street, Nantong street, Fuxing village, Jiming bridge, upper section of Shuncheng Street, Biji lane, jiaozi lane, Jinma square and lower section of Shuncheng Street.

The former Daguan street is located in the center of Kunming. Daguan street was set up in 1956, merged with Xincun and Xizhan offices to form Daguan commune in 1958, and separated into Daguan street in 1962. In 1997, it covers an area of 1.7 square kilometers and has a population of 45000. It has jurisdiction over 11 neighborhood committees, including Panjiawan, Renmin West Road, Daguan street, Baimamiao, upper section of cangwuli, lower section of cangwuli, upper section of Qingfeng street, lower section of Qingfeng street, upper section of Jiangong new village, lower section of Jiangong new village, First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University, Kunming Medical College, radio and Television Department, municipal second construction company and 705 institutes.

The former Xiba street is located in the southwest of Kunming city. Xiba street was built in 1982. In 1997, it covers an area of 2 square kilometers and has a population of 37000. It has jurisdiction over the upper section of Xinwen Road, the middle section of Xinwen Road, the lower section of Xinwen Road, Zhuantang, the south section of Xiba Road, the north section of Xiba Road, the north section of Xinwen Road, lujiaying, the upper section of Maitreya Temple, the middle section of Maitreya Temple, the upper section of Xinwen Road, the south section of Maitreya Temple, the lower section of Xinwen Road, the north section of Maitreya Temple, Guanshengyuan, glass factory, towel factory and Shiyan There are 21 neighborhood committees including decoration company, municipal building materials department and wood processing factory.

As of April 16, 2008, through statistics: Xincun police station has 11667 permanent residents, 35000 people, 5186 migrant population, Daguan police station has 16134 permanent residents, 45481 people, 5500 migrant population. There are 27801 permanent residents, 80481 people and 10686 immigrants in the two police stations under the jurisdiction of the office. Among them, there are Hui, Bai, Miao, Zhuang, Yi, man, Meng, Yao, Naxi and other ethnic minorities.

The total population was 55418 (2010).

Daguan sub district office area is one of the more developed central areas of Commerce, tourism, finance and education in Kunming.
