Daluo Township

Daluo township is located in Zhaojue County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, with an area of 28.64 square kilometers and a population of 2731.

In December 2019, the people's Government of Sichuan Province agreed to cancel Daluo Township and assign its administrative region to the jurisdiction of a new town. The New Town People's government is located at 29 Jiefang Road, Chengnan community.

Daluo township is under the jurisdiction of Zhaojue County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. Damuji township was established in 1951, merged into Nanping commune in 1958, set up Daluo Township in 1961, changed to Daluo commune in 1972, and restored to Daluo Township in 1984.

Daluo township is located in the south of the county, 9 kilometers away from the county. It covers an area of 28.64 square kilometers and has a population of 27.31 million. The road is open. It has jurisdiction over three village committees, namely Daluo, SIgA and Waluo.

Daluo Township mainly produces potato, corn and buckwheat. Apple is a specialty. The mineral deposits are copper and iron.
