Changshaoying Manchu Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Huairou District, Beijing, lies between 116 ° 34'57 ″ - 116 ° 52'51 ″ E and 40 ° 41'57 "~ 40 ° 54'38" n. In 1908, changshaoying was located in Luanping county, Chengde Prefecture. In the second year of the Republic of China (1913), it belonged to Luanping county, Rehe Road, Rehe special district. During the Anti Japanese War, it belonged to the puppet Manchukuo. After the surrender of the puppets, it belonged to the 11th district of Luanping county, Rehe province. From 1947 to 1951, it belonged to Sihai county. In July 1952, it belongs to the seventh district of Huairou County. In 1956, changshaoying and beiwanzi townships were established. In July 1958, beiwanzi township was merged into changshaoying township. In September 1958, it belongs to the management area of changshaoying of iron and steel people's commune. In March 1960, the communes of changshaoying, Tanghekou and LIULIMIAO were merged into Qingshiling people's commune. In May 1961, changshaoying people's commune was established. In 1983, the commune was transformed into a township. By the end of 2018, there were 9891 registered residence population in Manchu Township. As of October 2019, changshaoying Manchu countryside has jurisdiction over 24 administrative villages, and the township government is stationed in changshaoying Manchu village.
