Keer Township
Keer township is a township under the jurisdiction of Muli Tibetan Autonomous County, Liangshan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It is located in the southeast of the county and the northwest of the county, covering an area of 249.76 square kilometers. It governs three administrative villages and 18 villager groups, with a total of 4185 people (2017).
General situation
Keer township is located in the east longitude of 100 ° 58-101 ° 8. Between 27 degrees 57 minutes and 28 degrees 10 minutes north latitude, it borders four townships of Xiqiu, Liziping, Kala and Boke, and faces puldi, Dashuigou, nizhu and other villages of Maoniuping Township across the Muli river. Historical evolution
In 1953, it belonged to Xiqiu township; in 1972, it changed its name to Keer commune; in 1981, it changed its name to Keer commune; in 1983, it established Keer township.

Keer Township mainly produces corn, potato and buckwheat. Economic trees include walnut, pepper, apple, etc. Animal husbandry mainly includes pigs, goats and cattle.
