Baiyi Township Baiyi township is located in the southeast edge of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau in the west of Sichuan Province. It is located in the southwest of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province, and in the middle and north section of Hengduan Mountains. It spans 99 degrees 22-100 degrees 04 in the East and 28 degrees 34-29 degrees 39 in the north. It is adjacent to Daocheng County in the East, Litang County in the north, Batang County and Derong County in the west, and Shangri La County in Yunnan Province in the south.

Xiangcheng belongs to the "Three River" metallogenic belt, with gold, silver, tin, tungsten, copper, zinc, antimony and other minerals, which has great development potential. Shuoqu, Dingqu and Mayi rivers have a total flow length of 300 kilometers in the county, with a total flow of 2.392 billion cubic meters.
