The town under the jurisdiction of Ruoergai County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, is located in the middle of Ruoergai County, on the North Bank of the downstream of Banyou (requ) River, with a total area of 544.01 square kilometers. It is the political, economic, cultural and religious center of Zoige.

On June 8, 2020, Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved Aba Prefecture to adjust the administrative divisions of some villages and towns in six counties, including ABA county (cfzm [2020] No. 6): the administrative area of Duoma village in Brazil town is under the jurisdiction of dazasi Town, and dazasi Town People's government is located at No. 18, Deyang Avenue, commercial community district.

Dazasi town is located in the middle of Ruoergai County, on the North Bank of the downstream of Banyou (requ) River, with a total area of 544.01 square kilometers. It is adjacent to Banyou Township in the East, Tangke town and Xiaman Township in the west, Axi Township in the north and Hongyuan County in the south. Dazasi town is located in the junction of urban and rural areas. It is the political, economic and cultural center of the county. The town is under the jurisdiction of three administrative villages (Hongguang Village, Xiangdong village and LingGa Village), two community neighborhood committees (Shangye street community and Shuguang street community), with a total population of 9382 people (2017). It has a grassland area of 483000 mu, a usable area of 330000 mu, and 35231 mixed heads of various livestock, including 22083 cattle, 12334 sheep and 814 horses. The average net income of the people at the end of 2004 was 1520.80 yuan.
