Jiefang Road Street

Jiefangdao street, belonging to Guangyang District, Langfang City, Hebei Province, is located in the middle of Guangyang district. It is adjacent to xinkailu street in the East, Yinhe South Road Street in anci District in the south, Yinhe North Road Street in the West and xinyuandao street in the north. It covers a total area of 8.83 square kilometers and has a population of 71700 in 2017.

In 1975, Xinge street was set up, belonging to Langfang town. In 1984, it was renamed xiaolangfang street, Langfang City (county level). In March 2001, it was renamed Jiefang Road street. As of June 2020, jiefangdao street has 14 communities under its jurisdiction.

At the end of 2011, jiefangdao street had a local financial revenue of 35.71 million yuan and 7 commercial outlets.

Historical evolution

In 1975, Xinge street was set up, belonging to Langfang town.

In 1984, it was renamed xiaolangfang street, Langfang City (county level).

In October 2000, it was put under the jurisdiction of Guangyang district. At that time, it had five community residents committees, namely xin'anli, Anyuanli, wanzhongli, yongfengdao and beijiaoli.

In March 2001, it was renamed Jiefang Road street.

In April 2001, beijiaoli community residents committee was renamed beijili community residents committee; in June of the same year, huaxiali, Hongtai, Kangzhuang and Jixiang (later renamed Jixing community) were added, zhougezhuang villagers committee was renamed zhougezhuang residents committee, and xiaolangfang villagers committee was renamed xiaolangfang residents committee.

In 2002, Tianyu community residents committee was set up.

In September 2006, six communities, Jinguang Road, Wufu Street, Xinkai Road, Jianshe Road, Qinghe street and Wanfang street, were zoned in, and beijili residents committee was zoned out.

In March 2007, Jinguang Road community residents committee and Jianguo Road community residents committee were merged into Wufu Street community residents committee.

In April 2007, the Anyuanli community residents committee was merged into the yongfengdao community residents committee, and the xinkailu community residents committee was merged into the Wanfang street community residents committee.

In May 2007, Tianyu and Hongtai community residents committee merged into Yutai community residents committee, and Jianshe Road community residents committee was abolished.
