Yongrong town
Yongrong town, subordinate to Yongchuan District of Chongqing, is located in the west of Yongchuan District. It is connected with Honglu town in the East, Luxian County in Sichuan Province in the southeast and south, Shuanghe street in Rongchang County in the West and Zhisheng town in Rongchang County in the north. It is 33km away from the people's Government of Yongchuan District, with a total area of 59.91km2.
In Song Dynasty, Yongxing Town was first built in Yongrong town; in August 1992, Yongrong town merged with Luohan town to establish Yongrong town. By the end of 2018, the population of Yung Rong town registered residence was 17716. As of June 2020, Yongrong town has two communities and four administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the town people's government is stationed in Yongxing Town.

History of construction
In Song Dynasty, Yongxing Town was built in Yongrong town.
The first year of the Republic of China (1912) was yongxingchang. In 1933, it was Yongxing township. In 1935, it was the joint insurance company of Yongxing. In 1940, it was changed to Yongxing township.
In September 1958, Yongxing township was changed into Yongxing commune.
In January 1981, Yongxing commune was renamed Yongrong commune because of its duplicate name.
In October 1983, Yongrong commune was changed into Yongrong township.
In August 1992, Yongrong township was merged with Luohan township to establish Yongrong town.

In February 1994, Hongshi, hongjiaba, xiangzikou, Shaba, Wansheng and luohanchang communities were put under the jurisdiction of Honglu town.
In 1997, Yongrong town governed one community of yongxingchang and 13 administrative villages of Tianshan, Taihua, Huaihua, SHANGUAN, Pingxing, Guanqiao, Shishan, Honghe, Shuangqiao, Baiyun, Yungu, Eryan and Jinji.
