Bohe town

Bohe Town, formerly known as "Beixia", belongs to Dianbai District, Maoming City, Guangdong Province. It is located in Dianbai district (Dianbai district is a legal administrative district, Binhai New Area is an agency of Maoming municipal government, also known as an economic function zone). The Party Working Committee and Management Committee of Binhai New Area exercise part of the municipal level economic authority. Bohe port in Dianbai District of Maoming City (Binhai New Area) opened sea route as early as in the Southern Dynasties to trade with Guangzhou and foreign countries. The port area is 180 nautical miles away from Hong Kong and Macao, 14km away from national highway 228 (renamed as national highway 325). It has convenient water and land transportation.
