Shenzhen Industrial Park is a large industrial base directly established by Shenzhen Municipal People's Government in July 1994. The industrial zone is located in Pingshan District, covering Pingshan and Kengzi streets, with an area of 174.4 square kilometers and a developable construction area of 109 square kilometers. Shenzhen big industrial zone (hereinafter referred to as "big industrial zone") is a functional industrial park established by Shenzhen Municipal People's government, which is dominated by high-tech industries and advanced technologies, supporting the establishment of the third industry. Shenzhen Export Processing Zone (EPZ) is a special closed area approved by the State Council and supervised by the customs. Road network traffic
The land, sea and air transportation network of the large industrial zone is smooth; all ports, ports and airports in Shenzhen can be reached through Shenshan expressway, airport load expressway, Meiguan expressway, Yanba expressway, or Shenshan highway, Shenhui highway and Pingkui highway.
Drainage sewage
It can supply 60000 tons of water per day for the large industrial zone. After the songzikeng reservoir is connected with the Xizhijiang water diversion project, the annual water supply can be increased by 10 times. For sewage treatment, the large industrial zone has planned a sewage treatment plant with a daily treatment capacity of 450000 tons. Now the first phase of the sewage treatment plant has been built with a daily treatment capacity of 40000 tons.
Power supply and gas supply
Six 110kV substations with a total capacity of 6 × 110mva and two 220kV substations with a total capacity of 2 × 4 × 240MVA have been planned in the industrial park. There are two 110kV laodawu substation and No.1 substation in the industrial zone, with a planned capacity of 3 × 50000 KVA, which have been put into operation. In addition, there are two 110kV substations in Pingshan and Kengzi streets near the industrial zone. The multi-channel power supply situation has been formed in the large industrial zone, and the developed areas have 10kV cable trench, which can fully guarantee the power consumption of enterprises. there is a LPG storage and distribution station with a capacity of 300 cubic meters in the large industrial area, with an annual supply capacity of 20000 tons. It is planned to build a LPG storage and distribution station with a capacity of 300-500 cubic meters in the near future. The south of Shenzhen Industrial Park is the Shenzhen terminal of Guangdong LNG project. In 2006, the large industrial zone will become the first batch of users of LNG pipeline network.

The post and Telecommunications Branch of the planning center has an installed capacity of 60000 and an existing capacity of 3000. The communication equipment is mainly composed of optical fiber and microwave transmission system, and the conditions of modern communication network are complete.
