Lanhe town

Lanhe town covers an area of 74.5 square kilometers (2017). The total population of the town was 89107 (2017). It has jurisdiction over 23 village committees, 1 neighborhood committee and 2 farms. The land here is fertile, known as the land of fish and rice. The town is crisscross with rivers and convenient water and land transportation. Rongqi waterway and Shawan waterway surround the northwest. The east line of Guangzhou Zhuhai passes through the front of the town. The Beidou bridge connects the town with the west line of the city. The road goes directly to Shenzhen, Zhuhai and Guangzhou. It is 7km away from Shiqiao, 90km away from Shenzhen, 80km away from Zhuhai and 32km away from Guangzhou. At the same time, Lanhe town is only 30 minutes' drive away from Nansha port (national first-class port) and Lianhuashan port, and only 5 minutes' drive to Shunde Port. It is adjacent to Dongguan and Shenzhen in the East, Nansha in the south, Foshan and Shunde in the west, Panyu and Guangzhou in the North. As a transportation hub connecting Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Macao, Lanhe town will become more and more important with the development of Nansha, and even be built into a residential area. At the 29th Olympic Games in 2008, Chen Xiexia, a member of Lanhe nationality, won China's first gold medal. Lanhe town was identified as a national key town by the Ministry of construction and other six ministries and commissions in 2004. In 2007, it became a strong education town in Guangdong Province. Historical evolution

Lanhe polder was built in 1680, the 19th year of Kangxi reign of Qing Dynasty. Because fishermen came here to collect oysters, they abandoned the waste soil on the beach. After the transportation and accumulation of rising and falling tide water, a pile of Lanhe polder was distributed on the beach. Therefore, this place is called "Lanhe polder".

Lanhe township was established in 1951.

Lanhe commune was established in 1961.

In 1984, the district was changed.

It was built in 1987.

On December 1, 2012, Lanhe was transferred to Nansha District.

The 23 village committees are as follows:

1. DAAO Village

General situation: it is located in the northernmost part of the center of Lanhe Town, adjacent to Shawan waterway in the north, Shangni village in the East and Wan'an village in the West and south. It is the farthest village from the center of Lanhe Town, but it is also one of the big villages in Lanhe town. The cultivated land area of the village is 4766 mu. There are 23 production teams in the village, with a total number of households of 1325, a population of 4250 and a labor force of 2860.

In 2011, the total collective income of DAAO village was 3.71 million yuan, with land, fish pond contract and factory rental as the main income; the per capita income of villagers was 14395 yuan, with planting plantain, fruit cane and fish pond breeding as the main income.

At 0:00 in December 2012, Lanhe town was formally transferred from Panyu District to Nansha District, and DAAO village was also under the jurisdiction of Nansha District. DAAO village may be transformed into a huge residential area due to its many main roads and advantageous geographical location.

2. Zhang Songcun

General situation: it is located in the northwest of Lanhe Town, separated from Shunde by a river, and 6.5km away from the central town. It is a shouman village with a population of 1889 (including 1268 labor force). In 2011, the gross value of industry and agriculture was 55.33 million yuan, the total income of village collective economy was 330000 yuan, and the per capita income was 11858 yuan. Our village has 1752 mu of arable land, including 121 mu of rice, 339 mu of fruit cane, 206 mu of vegetables, 96 mu of banana, 105 mu of flowers, 865 mu of fish ponds, and 20 mu of other crops. The main income of villagers is transportation, planting fruit cane, vegetables, banana and fish pond.

3. Basha Village

General situation: it is located in the west of Lanhe Town, with Lanhe River in the north and Tanzhou waterway in the south, separated from Shunde by a river. The whole village has a population of 1436 (including 1016 labors), 506 households and 2200 floating population. In terms of agricultural layout, planting and breeding are the main industries. The area of sugarcane is 726 mu, that of plantain is 218 mu, that of fish pond is 633 mu, that of vegetable is 92 mu, that of flower is 90 mu, and that of others is 10 mu. There are 7 enterprises in the village, with a total agricultural output value of 40.34 million yuan and a per capita income of 17946 yuan in 2011. In 2011, the village collective disposable net income was 1.42 million yuan.

4. Renmin Village

General situation: it is located in the north of Lanhe Town, about 2km away from the center of the town. It is an old revolutionary base area. In 2011, the total population of the village was 1330 (including 951 labor force), with 402 households. In 2011, the total industrial output value was 116586 million yuan, the total agricultural output value was 11.2 million yuan, the total income of the village collective economy was 3.01 million yuan, and the per capita income was 17263 yuan. Our village has 1385 mu of cultivated land, including 160 mu of sugarcane, 180 mu of banana, 255 mu of fish pond and 790 mu of other crops. The main income of villagers is planting fruit cane, banana and fish pond.

5. Jiubi Village

General situation: Lanhe Town, a medium-sized administrative village, is located on the east line of Guangzhou Zhuhai Highway. It is adjacent to Shajiao village in the East, Pingan village and Shunhe village in the south, duntang village in the west, Zisha village and Yansha village in the north. It has 12 villager groups, 2173 people, 538 households, 1468 labor force, an area of 3300 mu, more than 20 enterprises, more than 6500 migrant workers, more than 6200 rental houses, and two villages A farmer's market, a primary school, a kindergarten, village level net income of about 1.54 million yuan.

6. Zisha Village

General situation: it is located in the east of Lanhe Town, 4km away from the town government and a river away from lvcun. It is an old revolutionary base village. The village has a permanent population of 1160 and a floating population of 50. There are 8 production teams with a total of 362 households in the village. The land area of the village is 2200 mu, which is suitable for planting flowers, bananas and other high-value crops and aquaculture. Zisha village has complete facilities, hard bottomed village roads, complete mechanized road network and water conservancy construction, and tap water to all households. There are 270 civilized households in the village and 1 civilized model household in the district. In 2006, it was rated as a qualified family planning village and an advanced family planning village by Panyu District. In 2005, it was rated as a safe and civilized village by Panyu District. In order to promote the reemployment of rural labor force, a labor and social security service workstation was set up in the village department. Our village vigorously develops "three high" agriculture, with 1190 mu of flower and banana planting area and 1010 mu of sugarcane planting area. 7. Yansha Village

General situation: it is located in the northeast edge of Lanhe Town, adjacent to xiani village in the north, Gaosha village in the south, Jiaomen waterway in the East and Shajiao village in the West. Guangzhu east line passes through the west side of Yansha village, undertaking regional transportation, with convenient water and land transportation. Yansha village belongs to alluvial plain terrain, with an average elevation of 0.2m-1.8m (Pearl base elevation). Within the village area, there are many rivers crisscross and the terrain is gentle. Jiaomen channel and Lanhe channel are located around the village. The main rivers in the village are Shuangyi channel and Yansha channel. Yansha village is mainly surrounded by farmland. The water area of the reach belongs to the estuary zone. Affected by the runoff and tide, the silt and other fine particles accumulate to form a thick silt layer and a soft gray medium fine sand mixed mud layer on the upper part of the stratum, which has complex geology. Yansha village maintains a secondary economic model, and its economy is dominated by agriculture. The main income sources of villagers are planting agricultural products and going out to work. Yansha village has 19 production teams. In 2011, the total population of Yansha village was about 3603, with 1120 households and 320 immigrants.

8. Xinyong Village:

General situation: it is located in the southwest of central town of Lanhe Town, separated from Shunde River, 1.5km away from central town. It is 11 square kilometers of industrial construction land, with a population of 2543 (including 1685 labor force). In 2011, the total output value of industry and agriculture was 69 million yuan, the total income of village collective economy was 1.63 million yuan, and the per capita income was 18940 yuan. Within the jurisdiction area of 2.14 square kilometers, our village has 2588 mu of cultivated land, including 39 mu of rice, 603 mu of sugarcane, 263 mu of vegetables, 225 mu of banana, 24 mu of flowers, 1200 mu of fish pond, and 263 mu of other crops. 9. Xiani Village

General situation: located at No.33 Guangzhu Road, Lanhe Town, Panyu District, south of Xiqiao bridge, it is a typical dashatan area. There are six production teams in our village. The village has a population of 915 people, including 123 elderly people over 60 years old and 41 party members. It is an agricultural village with a total area of about 1572 mu, including 1085 mu of farmland protection area. It mainly grows vegetables, sugarcane, banana and rice all year round. From 1993 to 1998, part of the land of team 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the village was developed and contracted out to various factories and enterprises for industrial use. The industrial land area is 487 mu, and there are 11 factories and enterprises now.

10. Shangni Village

General situation: it is located in the northeast of Lanhe Town, 8 km away from the town government. It is a typical low sand area with excellent geographical location and convenient water and land transportation.
