Xiamaquan Township
Xiamajuan Township, belonging to Shangyi County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, is located in the southwest of Shangyi County, adjacent to Xiaosuangou town in the East, Huaian County and Tianzhen County in Shanxi Province in the south, Xinghe County in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the west, and Xiaosuangou town in the north. In May 1934, xiamaquan Township belonged to jiumiaoshang township of Zhangbei County; in May 1984, it was changed from xiamaquan commune to xiamaquan township. As of June 2020, xiamaquan has jurisdiction over seven administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in xiamaquan.

History of construction
In May of 1934, xiamaquan Township belonged to jiumiaoshang township of Zhangbei County.
In October 1949, it belongs to Xiaosuangou district.
In 1953, it was divided into four townships: shangbaiyao, nancaonian, yanggaoyao and Zhengguo.
In August 1958, it belonged to Xiaosuangou commune.
In May 1961, Xiaosuangou commune established xiamaquan commune.
In May 1984, xiamaquan commune was changed into xiamaquan township.
