DANQINGHE Township, belonging to Kangbao County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, is located in the southeast of Kangbao County, bordering yanyoufang Township in the East, habiga Township in the south, Zhangji town in the West and Kangbao town in the north. It is 25 kilometers away from the people's Government of Kangbao County, with a total area of 203.01 square kilometers.

At the beginning of liberation, DANQINGHE Township belonged to the Second District of Kangbao County; in 1984, it was changed from DANQINGHE commune to DANQINGHE township.
