Zhuangyuanzhou street in Beita district is located on the North Bank of Zijiang River, adjacent to Shuangqing in the East, Daxiang in the south, Tianjiang Township in the north and Xintan town in the West. It belongs to the urban-rural fringe and hanjiangbei new town. It governs nine communities, including Beita, guanyinan, Jiujiang, xihuqiao, Ziyuan, zizao, Huaishu, zhemu and Zhuangyuan, and one municipal fishing and seedling farm, with a total area of 7.16 square kilometers, a total population of 25701 and a permanent resident population of 61000. Zijiang bridge and Xihu bridge run through the city, and Beita Avenue, Weiyuan road and cai'e road run through the city.

Zhuangyuanzhou street is bounded by Zijiang River in the East and south, facing Shuangqing District and Daxiang district across the river, Xintan Street Moshi community, Chenjiaqiao village Tianzhuang, Wangchengpo village and yangqiling community in the west, and Tianjiang street Gaozhu, fengjiang and kuangjia communities in the north. Zhuangyuanzhou street was established in January 2003. In 1958, it belonged to Beita commune. In 1978, it was a suburb of Jiangbei township. After the district was demolished in 1997, it was Jiangbei and Jiangbei office. In 2003, it was established after the adjustment of the original Jiangbei Township and Jiangbei office. The office is located in Beita community, with a total construction area of more than 2900 square meters. There are Beita Construction Co., Ltd., Jiangbei battery factory, Jiangbei brush factory and other collective enterprises. In 2010, the total output value of township enterprises reached 1.19 billion yuan.

Jiangbei vegetable and fruit wholesale market, the largest logistics center of agricultural products in the city, was rated as the designated unit of the Ministry of agriculture in 2003, with an annual turnover of 600 million yuan.
