Jibing town

Jibing Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Hengyang County, Hengyang City, Hunan Province, is located in the east of Hengyang County, adjacent to Zhangmu Township in the East, songmu Township and Jiaoshan Township in shigu District in the south, Chaojiang Township in the west, and yilou Township and Shanqiao town in the north, with an administrative area of 95.38 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Ji Bing town was 40999.

In May 1984, jibingtan town was set up. In May 1995, jibingtan town and Tongtian town were merged to establish Jibing town. In December 2000, lingguanmiao village was designated as songmu township. As of June 2020, Jibing town has one community and 15 administrative villages.

History of construction

During the Tongzhi period of the Qing Dynasty (1861-1874), it belonged to the town of Luo.

During the period of the Republic of China (1912-1949), it was the territory of yilou township.

The people's government is stationed at No.1 Jifeng road.
