Osaki town
Daqi town is under the jurisdiction of Luotian County, Huanggang City, Hubei Province. It is located in the southwest of Luotian County, adjacent to SANLIFAN town in the East, Tuanfeng County in the southwest and Macheng City in the north. There are many Mausoleums in the territory, covering an area of 130.42 square kilometers (in 2017), with jurisdiction over 28 administrative villages. It is a famous old revolutionary base area, Soviet Area, Luotian peanut Town, chestnut Town, seedling Town, Gongju town.
It has a long history. Since the Neolithic Age of primitive society, human beings have been living and reproducing here. The area is rich in mineral resources with great development value. Daqi mountain, with star hotels, is 1040.5 meters above sea level. SIPO River, one of the five major water systems in Luotian, runs through the whole area.
Historical evolution
Daqi town has a long history. Since the Neolithic Age of the primitive society, human beings have been living here. For example, xiongjiadun site in lipodun village is a Neolithic site, collecting fragments of pots, pots and other pottery. Dazaki belonged to Jingzhou in Xia and Shang Dynasties, Xianzi in Zhou Dynasty and Yangzhou later. "Chunqiu Zuozhuan" records that in the fifth year of Duke Lu's reign (655 BC), "the Chu people destroyed the string and the string ran to the Yellow River.". During the Warring States period, the king of Chu destroyed Ying (Zou) "moved to Jiangxia, so there was Ying City in Jiangxia" (the Chu family in historical records). Ying City is now Yuwang city in Huangzhou district. In Qin Dynasty, Huanggang was the capital of Ying, belonging to Nanjun. In the Han Dynasty, Nanjun was called Jiangxia County, Xiling County, followed by Xiyang County and Ying county. In the 23rd year of Jianwu (A.D. 47) of the Eastern Han Dynasty, the Ba people migrated to the Dabie Mountains in Eastern Hubei and Southwest Anhui. They were called "wushuiman" because they were close to the "Five Rivers", namely bashui, Xishui (now Xishui), Qishui, chiting (now JuShui) and xiguishui (now daoshui). It is also called "jiangxiaman" and "xiyangman" because of its Prefecture and county name. in the Three Kingdoms period, Huanggang belonged to Wei, and was called Xiling and Xiyang County. After returning to Wu, it was renamed Ying County, belonging to Yiyang County. In the Western Jin Dynasty, Huanggang was still called Xiyang County. In the fourth year of Xiankang in the Eastern Jin Dynasty (338), Yuzhou was set up to govern Yingcheng. Later, it was occupied by Zhao Shihu and the state was abolished. In the Southern Dynasties, Liu Song changed Ying county to Nan'an, belonging to Xiyang County. At the beginning of Xiaojian, Xiyang was subordinate to Yingzhou. In 469, it belonged to Yuzhou and later to Yingzhou. Qi established Qi'an County in Nan'an, which was under the jurisdiction of Si Prefecture; Xiyang County was still under the jurisdiction of Ying Prefecture, and Nan'an and Xiling were under the jurisdiction of the county. The Northern Wei Dynasty and Liang Dynasty were governed by Qi, while the Eastern Wei Dynasty was governed by Liang. In the first year of Tianbao (550), Qi'an county established Hengzhou. In the fifth year of Chen Taijian's reign (573), the land came to Chen and set up Dingzhou, then changed to Tingzhou; in the tenth year, the land came to the Northern Zhou Dynasty and rebuilt Hengzhou. After the Sui Dynasty unified the northern and Southern Dynasties, Hengzhou was changed to Huangzhou in 583. In 598, Liang'an was changed to Mulan and Nan'an to Huanggang. It was named after Huanggang mountain in the east of Huangzhou City. This is the beginning of Huanggang's name. Daye three years (607) changed Huangzhou to Yong'an County, Huanggang county belongs to Yong'an county. in the Tang Dynasty, in the third year of Wude (620), Yongan county was rebuilt as Huangzhou. In 742, Huangzhou was changed into Qi'an county. In the first year of Qianyuan (758), Qi'an county was changed to Huangzhou. In the first year of Guangqi (885), Huangzhou Prefecture and Huanggang County moved eastward to Yingcheng. During the Five Dynasties, Huanggang County belonged to Yangwu along with Huangzhou. The third year of Wu Tianzuo (937) belongs to the Southern Tang Dynasty, and the fifth year of Xiande (958) belongs to the Later Zhou Dynasty. in the Song Dynasty, the county still belonged to Huangzhou and belonged to Nanlu. The county was moved to Jiangbin. Xining five years (1072) change Li Huainan West Road. in Ming Dynasty, Huanggang county was subordinate to Huangzhou Prefecture. In the Qing Dynasty, it was made in the Ming Dynasty. Since the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the territory has always belonged to Huanggang County, which belongs to Huangzhou Prefecture. In 1912, Huangzhou Prefecture was abolished. In the second year, huangde road was set up in Huangzhou and later renamed Edong road. In June 1914, it was rebuilt as Jianghan Road. It was abolished in 1926 and directly under the Hubei provincial government. In October 1932, it belonged to the office of the Commissioner of the fourth administrative supervision district of Hubei Province, and was stationed in Huang'an (now Hong'an). In 1936, it belonged to the office of the Commissioner of the second administrative supervision district of Hubei Province, which governed Qizhou. In January of the second year, it moved to Huangzhou. In January 1940, it belonged to Hubei Edong administrative office. In November 1945, it was the office of the District Commissioner of the second administrative supervision. In May 1949, Huanggang county was liberated. The patriotic and democratic government of the county divided the whole county into 11 districts, and dazaki was under the jurisdiction of the Sixth District. On January 28, 1950, the old Baojia was abolished and an administrative village was established under the jurisdiction of the village. On July 8 of the same year, the districts (towns) and townships under the jurisdiction of the county were adjusted. Huanggang county was divided into 12 districts, two towns and 156 townships. In February 1952, each district was named after its residence, and the township division was slightly adjusted. On November 29, 1952, SANLIFAN and xiangjiahe districts in the northeast of Huanggang county were assigned to Luotian County, covering an area of 246.8 square kilometers. In December 1952, Luotian County was divided into eight districts and one town, and dazaki area belongs to xiangjiahe district. On July 22, 1955, the whole county was divided into 10 districts, and dalifan district was located after dazaki. In January 1956, the whole county was changed into 7 districts and 81 townships, and dazaki belonged to 7 districts and SANLIFAN. In July of the same year, it was changed into 2 districts and 9 guidance groups, and dazaki belonged to 9 guidance groups. on August 4, 1958, the guidance group was abolished, and the county was set up with 10 districts and 1 county, 54 townships and 2 district towns. The Tenth District is located in SIPO River, which governs four townships: Huangtuling, Maotian, SIPO River and Daqi. On September 16, 1958, 11 people's communes were set up in the county, 114 brigades were set up in the township, and one county town, two community towns and one state-owned forest farm were set up. Dongfanghong commune (in lipudun) has three communes in sipohe. In December 1966, all districts and communes in the county changed their names, and dazaki district was renamed Xuebing district. In 1969, both the district and the commune were restored to their original names, still known as Osaki district. Lipudun, the resident of dazqi District, was destroyed by the flood in 1969, and the organ directly under the community of Houqu district was relocated to gangbeifan. Gangbeifan became the political, economic and cultural center of the whole region. On February 15, 1975, the district was withdrawn and the commune was merged. Sixteen people's communes, one town and one state-owned forest farm were set up in the county. Dazaki district was renamed dazaki people's commune. After 1980, the supply and marketing, food, industry and commerce, finance and taxation, hospital, police station, forestry station, cultural station and other departments and units of dazaki commune moved back to the new street in Hedong of lipudun old street. Only the district office and the court remained in gangbeifan, and gangbeifan gradually declined. on January 25, 1984, the original commune was merged into a district, still known as dazaki district. In 1986, there were 8 districts and 3 district level towns in the county. Daqi district government is located in gangbeifan, which governs Daqi Township, sipohe Township and Huangtuling township. on October 12, 1987, the district was removed and the township was established. There were 8 towns and 12 townships in the county. Dazaki District renamed dazaki township: jurisdiction of the original scope of dazaki district. On July 4, 1997, the government of Daqi Township moved from gangbeifan to lipudun. In 2001, the original 20 townships were readjusted to retain the original organizational system of Daqi township. in 2005, the organizational system of 5 townships, 7 towns and 4 state-owned forest farms remained unchanged. It is still called dazaki township. in December 2013, the provincial and Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau issued a document to approve the transformation of Daqi Township into Daqi town. on May 18, 2014, dazaki town government was officially listed.
