Oasis street of Minquan county is located in Minquan county. It is the seat of Minquan county government. In October 1948, libaji, the old civil rights county, was liberated. In the same year, Minquan County of Kewei county was merged, and the county government was moved from libaji to Tianzhuang station. The sandstorm in Minquan county was relatively serious.
