Shipugu town

Shipogu town is located in Yanjin County, Xinxiang City, Henan Province, 35 kilometers away from Changyuan in the East and 10 kilometers away from Yanjin County in the south. It is located in the middle of Yanjin County, and belongs to the old channel of the Yellow River in the hinterland of the Central Plains. It is adjacent to the only national economic development zone in Xinxiang City, Weiqiu Township in the East, Huicheng town in the north, Yulin Township in the west, Wenjin street, tanlong street and Tapu street in the South and Southeast. Shipugu town was first built in 1955. In 1958, the township was merged into the people's commune, which was subordinate to Weiqiu commune in Yanjin County. Urban construction

Shipugu town attaches great importance to the construction of village and town integration, actively participates in the city's "new City Cup" and "provincial small towns with beautiful environment" activities, and steadily advances the construction of new rural residential communities. In 2008, it was awarded "advanced unit of new rural construction" by the provincial Party committee and the provincial government. In 2009, it successfully passed the provincial acceptance and became the first township in Yanjin County to win the title of "small town with beautiful environment". In 2006, Jianan village of shipogu town in Yanjin County was jointly determined as the only new rural construction demonstration village jointly constructed by the Ministry of agriculture, the provincial Party committee and the provincial government, and Jibei village of shipogu town was jointly determined as one of the only five new rural construction contact villages jointly constructed by the Ministry of agriculture, the provincial Party committee and the provincial government. Shipogu new community is one of the 369 key areas in Xinxiang City. The community is located in the middle of Yanjin County. It is planned to integrate six villages, namely Jibei, Jinan, Liyuan, Xiaowei, zhuxinzhuang and Hucun (the "six villages in one" plan), with a total number of 2500 households and 10000 people. The original village covers an area of 3729 mu, and the planned community covers an area of 1350 mu. After the completion of the community, 2380 mu of land can be saved, with a land saving rate of 63.7%. The construction of the community was carried out in multiple phases. 500 houses were built by farmers, and more than 400 households have moved in. Ronghua community is located in the southwest of the old Yellow River Forest Park in Xinxiang City, integrating four administrative villages, namely Guozhuang, Shakou, beizhengzhuang and beimengwan. The original village covers an area of 1156 mu, and the community planning area is 517 mu, with a land saving rate of about 55.2%. The total construction area of the community is 306504 square meters, including 220000 square meters of residential area, which can accommodate 830 households and 3500 people. According to the spirit of the relevant documents of the higher authorities, in order to ensure the quality, progress and effect of community housing construction, the community adopts the mode of combining agent construction and self construction. The community was started in July 2011. The first phase started to build 53 houses, all of which have been relocated; the second phase started to build more than 100 houses. 2000 meters of main roads, 2000 meters of sewage pipes and power lines have been laid. In order to support the community construction and solve the housing problem of low-income families, our township has applied for a 10000 square meter low rent housing construction project covering an area of 10 mu, and the construction of the project has been completed. Ronghua community fully embodies the design concept of "people-oriented, ecological livable, tourism driven", and the industrial orientation of community residents is to focus on characteristic agriculture, supplemented by traditional agriculture.
