Tian's town

Tianshi town is located 25 kilometers northwest of Neihuang County, at the junction of two provinces (Henan, Hebei) and three counties (Neihuang, Anyang, Weixian). It is 40 km away from Anyang City in the west, 35 km away from national highway 107, Beijing Guangzhou railway and Beijing Zhuhai expressway; 25 km away from Beijing Kowloon Railway, national highway 106 and ashen Expressway in the East; 30 km away from Tangtai railway and Puhe Expressway in the South; Anyang Puyang highway and Anyang Jinan highway run through the East and West, with unique geographical location and convenient transportation. The town has 42 administrative villages, 252 villager groups, 42674 people (2017), with a total area of 53.8 square kilometers.

history

Tian's name is derived from the ancient "Tianyi" (the name of King Tang of Shang Dynasty). This place used to be the place where King Tang of Shang lived, so there is a "Tianyi" village (today's temple of King Tang). In the early Ming Dynasty, the immigrants admired this ancient place name, and most of the villages they built were named "Tianyi", so they had the names of "xitianyi" (today's Tian's collection), "dongtianyi" (Dongtian's collection), and "nantianyi" (Nantian's collection).

Tian's commune was established in 1958 and the township was changed in 1983. In 1997, it covers an area of 54 square kilometers and has a population of 40000.
