Zhifang town is located in the outer mountainous area, on the South Bank of Yihe River, 2km away from Songxian County. It is adjacent to fanpo Township and Huangzhuang Township in the East, Delian town in the west, muzhijie Township in the south, Yihe River in the north and the county across the river.

Forestry production
】Zhifang town is rich in woodland area in history. During the period of the Republic of China, farmers attached great importance to planting trees on the beach and around the village. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, according to the national spirit of "vigorously afforestation, reasonable logging and utilization" and "every village has forests, every household has trees", the mass greening movement was carried out. In 1958, felling teams were established in every village, and 95% of the big trees were cut down. The forestry production of the township was at a low ebb. Around 1964, the township adopted trunk road greening, locust ditch closure afforestation, wide planting of tung trees at the edge of the ground, planting of fruit trees and wave breaks at the river, reservoir and pond, and carrying out jujube grafting, which made the afforestation area and forestry output value steadily increase. In 1978, there were 620 hectares of trees in the township, with a forest coverage rate of 11.5%. In 1980, while vigorously developing food crop cultivation, the township adhered to the principle of afforestation, focusing on the combination of village greening, ecological and social benefits. 40000 trees were planted on all sides, 124.52 hectares of farmland was converted to forest, and the forestry output value was 1.03 million yuan, accounting for 1.64% of the total agricultural output value. From 1986 to 2000, 200 hectares of apple trees were developed in Linchang, Nianzigou, dengling, majuling, Shangyao, Gaocun, Zhifang and other villages; 800 hectares of tung oil trees were developed in Caomiao, Lugou, banmiao, Qiquan, Shipo and other villages; 667 hectares of forest were closed in Maogou, qiupan, Xigou and other deep mountain villages. In 2000, the economic forest area was 1200 hectares, and the annual output value of forest and fruit industry was 6 million yuan. Among them, there were 97 hectares of orchards in the forest farm village, with 5 mu per capita. In 2004, 2495 mu of farmland was returned to forests, 5800 mu of barren hills were afforested, 5650 mu of closed hills were afforested, and more than 1.37 million trees of various types were planted, including more than 5000 mu of economic forests. In 2009, the township completed 1180 mu of ecological energy forest, 18528 mu of natural forest protection project, 253 mu of township greening, 100 mu of forestry industry afforestation, 1200 mu of Sino German project new afforestation, 25 mu of barren mountain afforestation, and 28000 mu of forest right system reform by the end of 2009, accounting for 110% of the year's target task. 【

In 1992, an investment of more than 200000 yuan was made to build a 175 meter lifting station in majuling village, laying 537 meters of lifting pipes and 6600 meters of water supply pipes. In 1999, it invested 300000 yuan to build a Sino German joint venture water lifting project in Gaoling village. Two drinking water projects for human and livestock were built to solve the draught difficulty of 450 people, the channel was hardened for 2000 meters, and the river embankment was reinforced for 4 places, with a total of 3000 meters. In 2000, 90 shigufang were built, one river dike was reinforced 260 meters, seven draught projects for human and livestock were built to solve the draught problem of 4356 people, and one key project of farmland and water conservancy infrastructure planning, namely the reinforcement of Taipinggou dike. In 2001, a total of 695000 yuan was invested in the comprehensive agricultural development project, including 13000 meters of hardened channels and one well equipped with motor. In 2002, we hardened 8000 meters of channels, drilled 6 electromechanical wells, built 6 management rooms and buried 1200 meters of pipelines. In order to further improve the construction of water conservancy facilities in the township and solve the problem of drinking water for the masses, we invested 2.638 million yuan and the masses raised 1.06 million yuan to solve the problem of drinking water for 23513 people in 5890 households. Taishang reservoir
】The reservoir is located in Taishang village, Zhifang Township, Songxian County, in the middle reaches of Shagou River, a tributary of Yihe River, with a drainage area of 6.8 square kilometers. Construction started in May 1970 and completed in August 1975. The actual flood control standard is once in 50 years, with corresponding water level of 28.2 meters and corresponding storage capacity of 1 million cubic meters; Xingli water level of 22.5 meters and Xingli storage capacity of 530000 cubic meters; dead water level of 10. 5 meters, dead storage capacity of 100000 cubic meters. The dam is a gravel dam with core wall, with crest elevation of 29.5m, maximum dam height of 29.5m, crest length of 160m and crest width of 4.0m. The spillway is a rectangular open channel with an inlet elevation of 26.0m, a length of 220m and a width of 6.0m, and a maximum discharge of 114.3m3/s. The entrance tunnel is of masonry arch structure, with an entrance elevation of 7.2m, a section of 0.8 * 1.2m, a tunnel length of 145m, a concrete cover gate and a maximum flow of 0.3m3/s. 【
Zhuwangling reservoir
】The reservoir is located in zhuwangling, Zhifang Township, upstream of Xigou, a tributary of Yihe River, with a control area of 0.5 square kilometers. It was started in November 1975 and completed in March 1976. In April 1982, the spillway was widened and the wave wall was added. The design standard is once in 30 years and the check standard is once in 100 years. The design water level is 24.5m, with corresponding storage capacity of 101000m3; the check water level is 24.7m, with corresponding storage capacity of 102000m3; the Xingli water level is 22.5m, with Xingli storage capacity of 77000m3; the dead water level is 6.5m, with dead storage capacity of 8000m3. The dam is a clay core dam with crest elevation of 25m, maximum dam height of 25m, wave wall height of 0.8m, crest length of 60m and width of 4.0m. The spillway is a rectangular open channel with an inlet elevation of 22.5m, a length of 83m, a width of 3.5m and a maximum discharge of 16m / s. The water conveyance tunnel is a tunnel with an entrance elevation of 6.5m, a section of 1.5 * 1.6m, a tunnel length of 65m, a concrete cover as the control form, and a maximum discharge of 0.3m3/s. 【
Shipo reservoir
】The reservoir is located in Shipo village of Zhifang Township, upstream of spinach ditch, a secondary tributary of Yihe River. The project was started in May 1977 and completed in April 1978. In April 1982, the dam was raised by 0.5 meters, the wave wall was 1 meter high, the spillway was excavated by 0.2 meters, and the control area was 0.6 square kilometers. The check standard is 100 year return period, the check water level is 22.2m, the corresponding storage capacity is 105000m3; the Xingli water level is 19.0m, the Xingli storage capacity is 5.7m3; the dead water level is 10.5m, the dead storage capacity is 0.3m3. The dam is a clay core dam with crest elevation of 22.5m, maximum dam height of 22.5m, wave wall height of 1.0m, crest length of 80m, crest width of 5.0m, cross section of 2.0 * 2.7m and maximum discharge of 22m3 / s. The input tunnel is a tunnel with an entrance elevation of 10.5m, a section of 1.5 * 1.8m and a tunnel length of 80m. The control form is inclined shaft concrete cover plate with a maximum discharge of 0.35m3/s. The designed irrigation area is 150 mu, and the actual irrigation area is 20 mu. 【
Nianzigou reservoir

It was started in October 1970 and completed in August 1971. The check standard is once in 50 years, with check water level of 26.9 meters and corresponding storage capacity of 240000 cubic meters; Xingli water level of 24.0 meters and Xingli storage capacity of 140000 cubic meters; dead water level of 14.0 meters and dead storage capacity of 28000 cubic meters. The dam is a homogeneous earth dam with crest elevation of 28.2m, maximum dam height of 28.2m, crest length of 55m and crest width of 8.2m. The spillway is a rectangular open channel with an inlet elevation of 24.0 m, a length of 40 m, a width of 6.0 m and a maximum discharge of 41.5 m3 / s. The water conveyance tunnel is of masonry arch structure, with an entrance elevation of 11.0 m, a cross section of 0.6 * 1.0 m, a tunnel length of 62 m, a control form of concrete cover, and a maximum discharge of 0.2 m3 / s. The designed irrigation area is 73 mu, and the actual irrigation area is 73 mu. 【
