Hehe Town, belonging to Yangxin County, Binzhou City, Shandong Province, is located in the east of the middle of Yangxin County, bordering Laodian town in the East, Diandian town in the south, zhaiwang town in the West and Xincheng street in the north. The area is 62.32 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in River towns was 45940.

In September 1964, the river area was set up. In December 1970, it was re established as river commune. In March 1984, hehe township was restored. In April 1995, hehe town was established. As of June 2020, hehe town has 78 administrative villages under its jurisdiction.
