Qicun Town, subordinate to Shahe City, Xingtai City, Hebei Province, is located in the northwest of Shahe City, bordering Shiliting town in the East, Baita Town in the south, Xindu District in the west, and Yangfan town in Xindu District in the north. It is 20km away from the people's Government of Shahe City, with a total area of 108.42km2.
In the fourth year of emperor you of Song Dynasty (1052), Qicun town had a railway metallurgy department, named Qiyang town; in 1985, Qicun town was changed into Qicun town.
