Mamuchi Township

Located in the northwest of Yinan County, Linyi City, Shandong Province. Located in the core of Yimeng mountain area, it is a famous old revolutionary base area. Mamuchi township is originally located in Yishui County. In 1941, some villages were set up from andI and Yiwen, and Changshan district was established. It has jurisdiction over 48 administrative villages, and the district authorities are located in the southeast Guanzhuang. In 1949, it was changed into the third district of Yinan county. In March 1958, he moved to mamuchi and changed his name to mamuchi district. In the autumn of the same year, the people's commune was established. From October to November 1987, it was excavated by Institute of vertebrate paleontology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The animal fossils are concentrated in a 15 m long and 3 m wide fractured sedimentary layer, mixed with clay blocks and rock layers. Animal fossils are as hard as rocks. in addition, there are also Neolithic sites in Shanxi village and nine female coffin sites in changshanzhuang.

After more than half a month of careful care, until the soldiers recovered. The story of rescuing the wounded in Ming Dynasty is widely spread, known as "Yimeng hongsao". Her plot of rescuing the soldiers of the Eighth Route Army was later incorporated into Beijing Opera "hongyungang" and dance drama "Yimeng song".
