Daozhuang town

Daozhuang Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Guangrao County, Dongying City, Shandong Province, is located in the south central part of Guangrao County, adjacent to Dadou town in the East, Taitou town of Shouguang City in the southeast, Dawang town in the south, Guangrao street in the west, Huaguan town and Dingzhuang town in the north, with a total administrative area of 113.87 square kilometers.

In 1947, daozhuang district was established; in July 1984, daozhuang town was changed. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in the town was 73696. As of June 2020, daozhuang town has 85 administrative villages.

In 2018, there were 210 industrial enterprises in daozhuang Town, including 57 enterprises above Designated Size and 86 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters. History of construction

In 1947, daozhuang district was established.

In October 1957, the district was removed and the county was set up, with daozhuang Township under its jurisdiction.

In September 1958, it was renamed Dongfeng Wushe, and in October of the same year, it was renamed daozhuang commune.

In March 1964, the District branch was established, including daozhuang district and four small communes, including daozhuang commune.

In November 1970, the district was withdrawn and the community was renamed daozhuang commune.

In July 1984, it was changed to daozhuang town.

In October 2009, Shicun town was abolished, and its 19 village committees were assigned to daozhuang town.

In May 2010, xiliuqiao township was abolished and its 15 villagers' committee was transferred to daozhuang town.
