Luanfeng township is under the jurisdiction of Guangze County, Nanping City, Fujian Province.
Traffic situation
Luanfeng township has convenient transportation. Yingxia railway train passes through six administrative villages in the territory; Yangshan (Guan) line of Minbei highway runs through five administrative villages. In addition, 90 km of simple roads have been built to enable 15 villages and more than 90% of natural villages in the township to have access to automobiles.
Historical evolution
From 1521 to 1934, luanfeng Township belonged to the first capital around the county, the second and third capitals of guirenli, the 18th and 30th capitals of yongningli, and the 17th capital of anfuli. During the period of the Republic of China, it belonged to Chongren district. After the founding of new China, it belonged to Chongren District in 1950. In 1951, Chongren district was renamed Chengguan District, which belonged to Chengguan District. In August 1952, Chengguan District was divided into three districts Chengguan (District 1) and Chongren (District 4) belong to Chengguan District, and now luanfeng Township belongs to Chengguan District;
In April 1959, the title of hangchuan people's commune was restored; in 1961, it was renamed the Working Committee; in June 1963, the working committee was abolished to restore the organizational system of the district; in May 1964, the district was withdrawn to be renamed Chengguan people's commune; in 1968, the Revolutionary Committee of Chengguan commune was established; in 1973, the shangtun brigade was added; in December 1980, the reform committee of the commune was abolished to be renamed the commune management committee; in September 1984, the commune management committee was abolished to restore the township Town system. The historical place name was opened and renamed luanfeng Township People's government. In 1993, the township governs 15 villagers' committees, 1 forest farm, 1 tea and fruit farm and 156 villagers' groups in Raoping, Youxi, shangtun, Pingshan, Junshan, Gaoyuan, chongrui, shuangmen, Zhongfang, Dabi, Dayang, Huangxi, Wulin, Wenchang and Shilipu.

One Raoping reservoir has been built, with a storage capacity of 360000 cubic meters; 23 hydropower stations have a total installed capacity of 868 kW, of which Pingxi II hydropower station is the largest township power station in the county, with an installed capacity of 600 kW and an annual power generation capacity of 2.5 million kwh. The main mineral resources are granite, potash feldspar, fluorite, rare earth, etc. the developed red granite, known as wuyihong, has been exported to South Korea and Singapore.

Luanfeng township has beautiful scenery. The natural landscapes include Wujun mountain scenic spot, Baiyun Mountain scenic spot, Jiulong Mountain scenic spot, and woniu mountain scenic spot. Luanfeng township is the main grain producing area in Guangze county. In 1993, the total grain output of the township reached 20661 tons, an increase of 47% compared with 14041 tons in 1982; the per mu yield was 666 kg, an increase of 96% compared with 340 kg in 1982. In 1993, there were 505 rural enterprises, including 5 enterprises with an output value of 10 million yuan, 4 enterprises with an output value of 5 million yuan, and 3 Foreign-funded Enterprises with a foreign investment of 387100 US dollars. The headquarters of Shengnong development, a listed company, is located in luanfeng township.
