Xida town

Xida town is located in the South East of Shexian County, Handan City, Hebei Province, adjacent to the junction of the three provinces (Hebei, Henan, Shanxi) and two counties (Cixian, Shexian). It is the economic and cultural center of the lower half of Shexian County, 25 kilometers away from the county. The total area is 94.4 square kilometers, and the cultivated area is 6825 mu.

The total number of households is 5269, and the registered residence population is 17713 (by the end of 2020). The town governs 14 administrative villages with a long history and culture.
