Lucheng Town, subordinate to Lujiang County, Hefei City, Anhui Province, is the seat of the county Party committee and government. Its center is located at 117 ° E and 31 ° n, and it is the political, economic and cultural center of the whole county. Evolution of organizational system

In 2004, Chengguan town was renamed Lucheng Town, which has jurisdiction over 11 neighborhood committees and 17 village committees with an area of 105 square kilometers and a population of 118400; Luobu township has jurisdiction over 1 neighborhood committee and 9 village committees with an area of 58 square kilometers and a population of 25200. In 2005, Luobu township was abolished and merged into Lucheng town. After adjustment, Lucheng town has 12 neighborhood committees and 26 village committees, covering an area of 163 square kilometers and with a population of 143600. The town government is located in Chengguan (the former seat of Lucheng town government).
