Luoshe Town

Luoshe town is located in the north of Deqing County, 27 kilometers away from Mogan mountain, 60 kilometers away from Hangzhou and 200 kilometers away from Shanghai. The town has convenient transportation. Wuluo highway and Luode highway run through the East and West, and the expressway runs through the north and south. The interchange of Hangzhou Nanjing Expressway in Deqing north is only 6 km away from the town.

Luoshe Town covers an area of 49.87 square kilometers (2017), with 6 administrative villages, 1 neighborhood committee, 137 villager groups (excluding neighborhood committee) and 21428 people (2017).

Historical evolution

Luoshe is an old and young town. As early as the Neolithic Age 10000 years ago, there were villages. in the Xuanhe period of the Northern Song Dynasty (1119-1125), the name of yueshe appeared. During the Xianfeng Period of the Qing Dynasty (1851-1861), Datong bridge flew over Luoshui, connecting the two piers in the West and east of the port, forming a natural town year by year. In the 24th year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu of Qing Dynasty, gangxidun founded the first weaving factory in Deqing County, which opened up a new scale for Luoshe natural town.

Luoshe, with a long history, has a large number of talents. In history, there have been militarists, politicians, writers and historians.
