Xisanli Township, belonging to Zunhua City, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, is located in the northwest of Zunhua City, adjacent to Zunhua town in the East, Xiliu village in the south, xingwangzhai Township in the West and Sujiawa town in the north, with an administrative area of 23.04 square kilometers.
In 1953, it belonged to three townships of dongsanli, Zhanggezhuang and xiaozhuangzi respectively; in 1984, it abolished the people's Commune and built xisanli township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of West Three Mile township was 18524. As of June 2020, xisanli township has jurisdiction over 19 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is located in xisanli village.
