It is a Chinese idiom. Pinyin is k ě C ā Ozu ǒ Qu à n, which means that ancient contracts were divided into left and right couplets, with each party holding one of them. Zuo Quan, or Zuo Lian, is often used as a proof of claim. This is a metaphor for being sure of success. It comes from Tian Jingzhong's family in historical records.
