A hairpin
Yi'er diao'er is a Chinese idiom. Its pinyin is y í ě rzhu ì Z ā n, which means that it is easy to drink but does not stick to one's appearance. It is the same as "Yi'er diao'er". It's from the palace of eternal life: a journey to the palace of eternal life.
