Words are endless, but meanings are endless
It is an aesthetic proposition of Chinese classical poetry that words are full and meaning is infinite. It means that the language of poetry is refined and meaningful. Bai Juyi of Tang Dynasty had such a thought: "it's better to search poems carefully" and "it's necessary to make the language as far as the meaning is concerned" (Wen Yuan Shi Ge). Su Shi of the Northern Song Dynasty clearly put forward: "if there are enough words and infinite meaning, the best words in the world." Jiang Kui also thought: "there is aftertaste in the sentence, there is aftertaste in the article, and the good is the good." (on the poems of Taoist Baishi) Yan Yu made further elucidation when commenting on the poems of Tang Dynasty. "All the people in the prosperous Tang Dynasty are interested in Therefore, its beauty is thorough and exquisite. You can't park it together. It's like the sound in the air, the color in the phase, the moon in the water, and the image in the mirror (Cang Lang Shi Hua - Shi Bian) thinks that only by getting rid of the obstacles of reason and things, and directly expressing the true feelings of the real scenery, can poetry be beautiful and exquisite. It also uses Zen to describe poetry, and marks the artistic image of the moon and the flowers in the mirror, which shows that the artistic realm is inseparable from the real life, and only if you are at a distance can you achieve "endless words and endless meanings".
