Xiong jingniaoshen, a Chinese idiom, whose pinyin is Xi ó NGJ ī ngni ǎ OSH ē n, is an ancient method of health preservation. It looks like a bear climbing a branch and a bird stretching its feet. It comes from Zhuangzi deliberately.
