The origin of Idioms
According to the book of Shangshu Yi Ji, "if you want to hear six laws, five tones and eight tones, you will be able to control the sudden; if you want to hear five words from the cashier, you will listen." In Mencius, Li loushang: "if you don't use six rhythms, you can't correct five tones."

As subject, object, attribute; of music. The second chapter of "Shuo Hu Quan Zhuan" written by Wu Mingshi in Qing Dynasty: "those ~, the nine palaces in the north and the south, the pipes and strings are all excellent."
