It is a Chinese idiom, w à ngni á nzh à Q à in pinyin, which means to make friends regardless of the age, age, and industry. It is the same as "a good time to forget the age". It comes from the preface to the collection of sunti's works by Yan Zhenqing of Tang Dynasty.
