Tearful tears
It's a Chinese idiom. Pinyin is t ì s ì Li ú Li á n, which means to have a runny nose and tears running down. It's used to describe crying. It's from a new account of the world: moral conduct.
The source of the idiom is "new sayings of the world · moral conduct": "Confucius was too often, plain and thin in shape, and focused on clothing. When he saw him, he thought he was really a filial son."
