Shui Guang Shan se is a Chinese idiom. Its pinyin is Shu ǐ Gu ā ngsh ā ns è, which means the scenery on the lake and in the mountains. It describes the beautiful landscape. It's from "drink the rain after the first sunny day on the lake".
