Frost and dew disease, Chinese idiom, Pinyin is Shu ā NGL ù zh ī B ì ng, the original meaning is the disease caused by feeling cold. Now used to refer to minor diseases. It comes from the biography of the lord father of Marquis Pingjin in historical records.

Sima Qian of the Western Han Dynasty wrote in the biography of the lord father of Marquis Pingjin in historical records: "unfortunately, you are suffering from the disease of frost and dew. What's wrong with you? It's not good for Zhang Zhen to write a letter to the Marquis and beg for bones."

Gongsun Hong of the Han Dynasty was very poor when he was young and raised pigs by the sea. At the age of 40, he began to study the spring and Autumn Annals. At the age of 60, Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty recruited many talented people of literature, and Gongsun Hong was awarded a doctor's degree. At the age of 76, Gongsun Hong became the prime minister and the Marquis of Pingjin. Although he was the third Duke, Gongsun Hong's life was very simple. He had only one meat dish for each meal. He gave his salary to his friends and guests, and his family had no surplus. Later, when the king of Huainan and the king of Hengshan conspired against each other and the imperial court was pursuing him, Gongsun Hong fell ill. He felt that he could not contribute to the country at the critical moment, so he wrote to Emperor Hanwu and asked to resign. Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty wrote back and said: "I'm not sure Unfortunately, you've got a minor illness. It's like frost and morning dew. You'll soon get well. At present, there are many important things waiting for you in the imperial court. You can see the doctor, take a rest, and come back when you're well. Why do you want to resign? " He also gave him cattle wine and all kinds of cloth and silk for healing. Soon after, Gongsun Hong got well and went to court again.
