Give control to others
It is a Chinese idiom. Pinyin is sh ò UB ǐ ngy ú R é n, which means to give power to others or let people grasp shortcomings and mistakes to make themselves passive. It's from the proposal of creating China Railway.
The origin of Idioms
Xue Fucheng of Qing Dynasty wrote in his book on the creation of China's Railway: "after a few years, I can build and study by myself instead of being in charge of others."
